Entry-Level Professional in Business Analytics and Certified Associate in Project Management

Education & Experience

My experience spans several years of internships, academic, and professional development. My primary experience is in data analytics with a business application focus due to my major. I have taken courses in R, SQL, and Python to build technical ability and coding logic. In addition, I have used Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI academically and professionally for data visualization.

In R, I am familiar with predictive modeling, splitting train and test data and performing linear regression, decision tree, and xgboost models to find best fit.
In Python, I've utilized pandas dataframes, pyodbc, and SQLAlchemy engines to clean and transform columns and tables and publish them into databases. I have also dabbled in natural language processing using the nltk package.
In SQL, I have designed queries using CTE, subqueries and work extensively with joins.

I have additionally honed in on my project management skills through certification courses, academic coursework and professional experience through mananging an IT project and a setting work management foundation within a new department dedicated to Business Analytics. I am CAPM certified through the Project Management Institute.
